I own a 2024 f-150 STX 2.7 Ecoboost I finally pulled the trigger and bought 35s for my truck and my gear ratio is 3.55 I’m afraid that I’m hurting the transmission therefore I’m driving like a grandma. Should I re gear to 4.56 ?

Won't hurt the 10r80. If you want quicker times down low, but sacrificing more economy you can go 3.73, 4.11 etc.

No re-gearing is needed, but if you did want to make up for the change in tire size to gain back some acceleration, 3.73 or 4.10 gears would be much more appropriate than 4.56 gears.

I'm not sure what your stock tire size was, but the jump to 35" tires isn't that big and many 35" tires are only 34.5" when you actually measure them. Even if your new tires are a true 35" and your stock tires were on the smaller side at 32.1", we're only talking about a 9% difference. If your tires measure 34.5" and your stock tires were 33" it's a 4.5% difference.
