Dash cluster information screen.

On my 2022 F-150, the information screen, portions there of, resets itself automatically. When I top off the fuel tank, I reset the info screen to zero miles, usually every time, and always when I start out on a trip. Nothing happens to it while driving, but when I shut the truck off, come back and restart it, sometimes the "Average Mile per Gallon, and the trip mileage reset themselves to zero. The trip time and the distance to empty does not reset itself when this happens. This is an inconvenience when I am on a trip, or if I'm measuring distance, trying to find a particular destination. Does anybody else have this problem? I checked with the Ford service adviser several months ago, and she said there were no TSB's at that time about that issue.

Are you by chance in the current trip screen vs trip 1 or trip 2 screens

For several months, I only had Trip one on it. It was just two or three months ago, that I set up Trip two. Since then, on one of the times it happened while on trip one, I checked it and Trip Two had reset as well. So when it happens, it happens to both Trip screens at the same time.

Wow. I’ve had some odd things happen with mine but this is new. I’ll keep an eye open for this now
