CVF intercooler

CVF now has a 2021 specific intercooler for the f150. Shipping out next week. I have one coming and I am looking forward to it. Had one in my 17 and they are a great intercooler.

The CVF intercooler fits fine if you remove the trim piece. You also have to adapt the cold side tube.

I just installed mine on my Powerboost and it seems like I lost a few MPGs. This after several were saying they got a pretty big increase in mpg from theirs. Have you noticed a gain or lose? I retightened the hoses and I'll see how it does the next few days.

I also just ordered the intercooler and want to see other first hand experiences.

I also have a livernois tuner that I plan to get on there after the first 1000 or so miles, after I have a chance to break in and change the oil.

Excited about this mainly for towing, and having better heatsoak resistance.

I know we either get Eco or Boost, so ill have to stay out of it as much as possible to keep up the mileage

I put mine on before I got any before install temps so I can't tell how much it helped. I've seen enough videos to know it has to quite a bit. However, I still am not seeing any mpg gains as others have mentioned. I'm looking at a JB4 just because of warranty, just not sure if it's worth it.
