Color matched fender vents???

Hello all! New member, first post. Second f150 purchased recently. 2021 xlt with 3.5 eco boost. Quite a step up from my 2005 xlt with 5.4. I love everything about my truck except the chrome bumpers and fender vents. I’ll prob have the bumpers wrapped at some point.
im wondering if there are any color matched fender vents available. Specifically the m7 carbon grey. I’m willing to buy a cheap used pair online and spray paint it myself, but would prefer to buy new.

Pop out existing vents, light sand, primer, paint then clear coat.
