Hey all, I noticed something in my window sticker. It is missing the line item called "Ford Co-Pilot360™ Active 2.0 Prep Package - $995"

This item was in my build & price, it was in the preview order that my dealer sent me to approve before submitting. However, I JUST noticed it is NOT in the list of priced items on the window sticker. Nor does the word co-pilot appear anywhere on the window sticker.

BUT if you track my VIN on Ford or the ford tracker dot tech link (https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/pages/tracker/?VIN=1FTFW1ED1MFA85931), it DOES list " Ford Co-Pilot360™ Assist 2.0" in the Packages section.

Please I am panicking, can anyone else confirm that this is how their build is showing up on the window sticker when including the active prep option? If it turns out that I am getting this FREE it helps offset that stupid max tow increase. But I'm skeptical...

Just a note, this ONLY applies to anyone with a Lariat, KR, or Plat 700A. Plat 701A and Limited include the feature.

So question is for anyone that ordered the prep as a line item, and whether it is missing from the window sticker.

It shows as a line item on my KR 600A Window Sticker.

I’d call the dealer to try and clarify.

Did they give you an invoice back when you initially orders? Is the prep package on that?

It was a spec sheet with MSRP and Invoice columns and it indeed had the active prep listed. I do not know how that did not make it into the actual order unless he tried manually entering everything AGAIN.

I figured out my answer. This is on the order with my Sacramento dealer under packages:
Ford F-150 Co-Pilot Active Prep line item missing? 1611084608685

And this is on my San Jose dealer's order under packages:

Ford F-150 Co-Pilot Active Prep line item missing? 1611084658645

So he indeed bungled the order somehow, and that has basically sealed the deal as to which dealership I'm using. If I'm paying this much for a truck, I want that little stupid button for "parking assist" dammit!

So you’ve confirmed he didn’t order it? How did he mess it up

That tracker you posted indicates it will be on the truck.

Sounds like you have a Plan B? Sorry that happened.

Yeah man, I do not know how he screwed that up, he's bungled several things along the way along with not answering my Q's half the time. The only reason I used this dealership is they were so great in 2017, but it was a sales guy and awesome finance guy. This guy is the inventory guy. So yes, glad I hedged my bets with a backup plan! (the irony is that my backup plan dealership totally screwed my in 2017 and I had to unwind the deal after 2 weeks, I only went back to them as they are the volume leader in NoCal so I thought a stock order would get allocated)

Glad you have a backup plan. Don’t have my window sticker yet, but now I’m slightly afraid of what I might find.

Yes, I recommend that before the window sticker shows up, double check EVERY SINGLE THING using the VIN tracker tool!

I missed this one because I saw the "co pilot 2.0" in the packages and it didn't hit me until I never saw the $995 line item in the window sticker. The co-pilot stuff is very confusing because the ACTIVE PREP one is a slight upgrade to just co-pilot 2.0.

I have on the Ford customer one, and the VIN tracker on our forum (almost hourly, lol). Mine looks good so far...

Although the VIN tracker does state “not affiliated with Ford Motor Company”. ?

It's not technically "on our forum" it was thrown together by a member and uses the same exact API's as the real ford tracker (and any VIN query tool), but it works for ALL trucks both retail and stock. He even pulls in all the images from it, awesome work. The forum admins put in code to automatically replace any occurrence of "fordtracker dot tech" in a URL to put in the forum's URL, so that they get credit for the ads served. Very smart!

I'm glad you got that issues figured out. I know why you were asking me that question now, we have very similar builds. Your right that Ford Co-Pilot360™ Assist 2.0 and the prep version has made it very confusing.

At least now instead of driving 2 hours to San Jose and risk getting too excited to say no, I'll just ask if it has the "active park assist" button in the dash and then just say "nah" when he says no.
