Clicking under heavy load.

Hello, I am new to this forum so hopefully I'm putting this thread in a good spot.

Basically the issue I am having is at around 4k rpm and under heavy load it sounds like there is a click coming from somewhere under the truck. Sometimes it will do it a couple more times sometimes it won't. It won't make it in park, won't make under light loads, it won't make it once it gets passed 5k rpm. I have no codes I have taken it to my local dealer twice both times they say they can hear anything. It's getting really irrating to say the least. It has been making the sound for about 5k miles hasn't changed or gotten worse. Any help would he great.
