Clicking/Clunk in seat bottom

The bottom of my driver's seat is making a clicking sound over some bumps and when I move around in the seat, get in and out etc. It's intermittent enough that the shop can't figure it out, but frequent enough to be real annoying. Has anyone else encountered this and been able to figure it out at home?

Mine did this for a while and I scheduled an appt at the dealership for it. Just before I was going to take it in, I was adjusting the lumbar support to be more firm and pushed back into the seat with a decent amount of pressure and heard a pop like something was pushed back into place. I haven’t heard it since and seat is functioning fine (platinum with massage seats / no max recline)

Mines got this too. Im trying to locate. I do see that the seat cover snaps have come undone on mine But I don’t think that’s the problem.
