Broken side mirror plastic tabs need help

So this is weird but I was driving and the mirror in my 2021 F150 popped right out....it was still attached by the wires but the clips that hold it in place cracked and broke! It's a 2021 but out of warranty. I called the dealer and the new glass part is almost $500 Canadian! Now this is a higher trimmed truck with heat, BLIS and auto dimming on the mirror. I found an aftermarket on amazon for $60 and ordered it instead, it has the BLIS and the heat but no auto dimming. I am ok with that but was wondering if it is possible to remove the mirror from the plastic back and use the stock mirror with the new plastic so that I can keep all my features without having to pay $500 for the new mirror glass?

Sorry for the issue. If you keep a lookout, I got a brand new pair fully optioned out for 200. Deals are there, keep an eye out.
as far as swapping, not sure. I would think the glass is slightly attached with a bit of adhesive jus in case. I have seen guys popping off the mirror from the housing to get at the cover screws, but no replacement. Maybe this will help.
