Box Link Alternatives

My truck came bed lined from the dealer. The dealer did not take plastic covers or screws out of the bed. You wouldn’t believe it but they also sprayed in all the mounting locations for the boxlink! I would like to add boxlink but I will not be able to. Any suggestions?

I would get a thread tap and chase the holes. A tap will make quick work of bedliner in the holes.

You can still add box links.

Pretty sure those holes are not tapped. Self tapping screws are used to install that hardware. Just clean out holes with small drill or send the self tapping in there.

The holes are threaded in the bed. But I didn’t realize the boxlink used self tapping screws. I will also have to look at the thread tap. Thanks
