Bilstein 5100 leveling struts height setting….need help

I have a ‘23 with the 3.5 engine. Can you level the full 2.5” on the bilstein 5100 front struts without creating angle issues on the CVs, or other alignment issues? I see most people see to go 2”. I have 2.75” of rake as it sits.
