Bak X4s Tonneau Cover Issue

Just installed an X4s tonneau cover and have encountered one issue plus broken pieces..
The left bed rail prevents the bed from closing. I have taken it off and reinstalled a dozen times and still have the same issue on the left side where it either won’t close or it rubs on the plastic part of the tailgate leaving scratches/indents.
Has anyone encountered this?
I have already filed a damage report to return it or get replacement parts..

Some folks got the wrong rails with their cover, they contacted customer service and got the correct parts shipped to them.
