Sold my truck so I no longer need this. Purchased it brand new in February of this year and didn't put it on right away so it has less than 6 months of use. Comes with all clamps, instructions, and parts necessary to install, except you will likely need to purchase a new bulkhead seal as the adhesive probably won't stick again. It is 3/4 inch foam so it shouldn't be hard to find.
