Awaiting Shipment, the new chip hold?

So my truck has been released for 11 days now and still awaiting shipment, my dealer says tracker still shows at plant. Looks like they have significant delays with shipping trucks and it could take another few weeks.

Dealer thinks mid to late August is when I'll get it.
