Guys,

I’m the opposite of a pro, below amateur when it comes to wiring.

Baja Designs supplied a few harnesses for my 40” bar, and my two 10” bars.

End goal is 40” on aux 2 and the two 10” on aux 1, how would I make that work? Only pics of the first harness is posted rn.

The big bars harness has two switches one for lowering the brightness (don’t need) and one 3 pronged one for on/off, which I also don’t need but need to wire that to the aux wire, but I have no idea which of the 3 besides ground I need.

What are you referring to as aux 1 and 2? Do you have a tremor or raptor with upfitter switches in the overhead console?

Ok I see in your signature that you have a tremor.

Disconnect Battery Terminals from Battery.
connect the red ring terminals (red E) to the battery positive terminal. Connect the ground ring terminals (black E) to the negative side of the battery terminal. Take the wire labeled load from the middle of the toggle switch (C) and connect to the aux wire on the relay box in the engine compartment labeled for that aux number that you would like to use. Tape off the other two wires from that toggle switch separately. Mount the relay (D) somewhere safe in the engine compartment. plug in the light connector (A) to the light.

If you want two lights to switch on together connect both load terminals from the toggle switches (c) to the same aux wire from the upfitter relay box.

Make sure you tape off the other two wires from the toggle switches separately so that they do not short together and cause a fire.

the small round switches (B) you could just zip tie somewhere safe in the engine bay or run them into the truck if you wanted to dim the light. These switches switch ground so do not hook them to the up fitter relay aux feeds.

Before you plug the plugs into the lights it would be a good idea to power up the system and verify power is going to the correct terminals in the light plug and that everything is operating properly so you don’t burn up those lights.
Good Luck and let me know if you have any other questions.
