Audio not working

2023 xlt audio( radio and satellite radio)will not turn on, it says power off. But android auto works fine with volume and all. I have reset it with the power and seek buttons. Any help please. Dealer has no openings for a week.

Pull the fuse to the radio or diconnect the battery. Every Ford from the 2013 Cmax to the 16 focus to the 2019 Escape to my 21 F 150 all had the random radio/sync issues. Try the fuse or disconect the battery for a few then reset, Beats the dealer doing the same thing and telling you nothing is wrong after a week of being without your truck! good luck.
