Anyone that’s ordered a 2022 from Koons Ford in VA??

There are several Koon's Ford in VA, but I assume you mean the Woodbridge dealership.

I ordered 2/1, still not schedule, received this update this evening from Ford.

Ford's production is all messed up right now. Figure 60-90 days to get scheduled, if not longer.

I received the same email. Ordered a Super Crew XLT, 3.5EB, 302A, BAP in early January from Koons. Dexter has been awesome. I am on the fence if I should take this email as a positive that atleast I am on Ford's radar or is it just a nice way to tell me it's gonna be a long while...

Ok maybe I’ll get the same email soon. I’m in no rush at all but just wondering what everyone else is hearing. Had a friend order a tremor on 1/28 at our local dealer and he already has a build date of 3/28

I ordered from Koons on 10/2 and got the truck the end of January. Things are different now though of course.

And I never got emails from Ford...

I ordered on 10/28/2021 with a blend date of 1/11/2022 got the hurry up and wait e-mail from Ford the other night. Expected ship date late April early May.

Same here as @TN Rotty . I ordered from Koons on Oct 1 and Ford accepted the order on Oct 3. No emails ever, but that was because Koons hosed up my email when they entered the order in COVP. Since corrected, but no emails.

Long story short, I since have cancelled my Koons order as I have one with Chapman. It's still in the pipeline, but currently on chip hold. Specs are in my signature block.

I ordered a KR 600a, max tow, 360 cam, moonroof, from Koons on 1/20. Checked with Dexter yesterday, he said

...good afternoon, not scheduled yet. I don't know what the delay is, you do not have any constraint commodities on your build

Ordered my 2022 Platinum High 701A with Adaptive Steering, and mostly all features in the book except spray in liner and mud flaps on 2/14 with Dexter. (I think I took up all the chips on this one.) Received email from Ford last week about delays which just about everyone received I believe.

Both Koons and Ford advised that there were no hold-ups on my vehicle (unscheduled/clean). Asked about Park Assist 2.0 Removal since many have had this feature removed to get scheduled faster. However, Ford states that if they deem necessary for the vehicle to be scheduled, they remove the feature automatically. I’d rather keep the feature, and don’t want to remove it if not absolutely necessary. At the same time, I don’t want to wait two more months to get scheduled.

Far as i know that was a general email to everyone with a truck ordered. I even got it an i ordered a XLT without any of the holdup options

By all accounts, parking assist is not coming back until 2023 or 2024.

I gave up! I found a 2022 Platinum with 7k on it . No powerboost but has all I wanted (and cant get now on the Lariat I ordered) and more! Price was good! Canceled my order waiting to hear from Dexter.
