Another Intermittent A/C Victim

Same song, another verse. I experienced the intermittent A/C issue about a week ago. Searched here and other places looking for the issue and have been carrying about my merry way hoping it wouldn’t happen again. Well, today was the day! Called the service department at the dealership where i purchased the vehicle in December. The service tech I spoke with acted as though he had never heard of this issue and told me i would need to make an appointment to leave me truck for “a day or so” for them to “try and figure it out”. I even mentioned TSB 22-2089 and got crickets.

Question - what is the quickest path to resolution?
