Aluminium Roll Up Tonneau Cover Issue

Has anyone had an issue with the aluminium tonneau cover sections popping out of place? I had the very last one pop out when I was rolling it up. Any tips for fixing would be helpful. In the attached photos.one end of the section is in and the other one is shown out.

I would touch base with Bak. They make them for Ford. Might be able to help you. I got the Bak X4s which is the next generation from the one in your pics. So far it’s been good.

Mine has just started doing the same thing at 2 years old. I plan on emailing Bak to see what they say.
