Alarm goes off at night, possible connection to updates?

I have a very early Build One 2021 PB that in the last two years has taken to sounding the alarm at night, sometimes twice. Usually happens about the 1:00 AM update via Wi-Fi update, but happens away from the house, too.
Very annoying and I'm sure the neighbors love it, too. And hotel guests while traveling. Any ideas as to why, and how to fix?
Truck has new 12V batteries, X2 AGM up front, Ford branded AGM under seat. No lo-volt problems, just message alarm tripped and it isn't from intrusion. Thanks.

Any chance of insects flying/crawling past the interior motion sensor? Had a fly once in my 17 250 that drove me nuts setting the alarm off..
