I ordered part ML3Z19A361A that adds the shock sensor to the basic alarm. Per Ford web site this fits my 22 F-150, not returnable. I just got this it is supposed to plug into the OBD plug and adds a new OBD port plug to replace the one it takes. Problem is it not will not plug into OBD plug. Wrong shape plugs. Anyone had this issue? How did you resolve it? Wrong part? Going to call Ford online tomorrow closed today.

Does yours plug into the apim? Have you installed it yet? I have one on the shelf but seems like a bit of an install.

From video looks like it plugs into maybe the main alarm brain behind the hvac control. Have not done it as of yet. May just pay dealer if not to pricy. Ford parts website says $210 to instal
