3.5L EB Reeling Noise anyone?

Hello folks, I’ve been hearing what can be described as a fish reeling noise. It occurs intermittently at idle. See YouTube video.


I’ve tried replacing the PCV valve and that did not solve the issue. No oil separator installed. No check engine light. 91 octane fuel. 59,900 miles.

I brought it to the dealership and they found no issues (see screenshot below).

I recorded where the sound was coming from… dealership wasn’t able to repeat the issue but I have it on video now!!
