Got a letter from Elana Ford (chief customer experience officer) today and a $250 prepaid MasterCard.
I almost tossed the envelope in the trash because it looked like advertising BS. My wife opened it and read it to me. I think it’s legit. They apologized for having to return to the dealership multiple times for repairs. I’ve had a few recalls but nothing terrible.
guess I can buy some black rattle can and some Miller high life and paint the rusty rear end then take the wife out for a nice dinner. sounds like a fun Saturday.
