23 FX4 2-3" lift kit not level kit

On my 12 F150 I put 3" blocks in the rear and Bilstein 5100s in all four corners, which kept my towing rake and an overall lift of 2".
For this truck, I cant seem to find a lift that replaces the rear blocks so I can still tow with the factory rake. Anyone have a solution? The closest I found was Rough Country 41440 but the block are no different then stock.

The instructions say to install the RC block on top of the OEM block, not in place of.

I think because it has locating dowels that mate with the OEM block, it wouldn't be a problem. Certainly you wouldnt want to stack blocks together that are smooth. The other options are to replace the entire leaf pack, install a lift shackle or an add-a-leaf.
