21 f-150 34" or 35" tires with gatorback flaps

I'm looking to upgrade my tires shortly. I've done alot of looking around and there's quite a few people running 285/75/r18 or 295/70/r18 on the stock rims with a 2 or 2.5 inch lift without issue. All say no rubbing or trimming. But they all have one thing in common. NO MUDFLAPS! anybody running 34s or 35s successfully with mudflaps on stock rims? Or on stock offset?

This is 295/70 on 1.5" level with husky mudflaps. No rubbing, no trimming.
