Not being a smart arsh, but what’s it for? Appearance? Is it supposed to do anything? I can’t imagine it really provides any protection in deer country. Maybe keep people from walking too close? Can’t be fun scrubbing bugs off the front.

Not sure about these days, but Ranch Hands grille guards back in the day did bolt on to the frame and would certainly protect the front end in the case of a collision with a deer or other wildlife. But they are ultimately a brush guard to offer additional protection off road... can also use your truck as a tool to push things around a ranch, if you will.

What size of leveling kit did you put on? After installing ranch hand did you loose some of your height from the weight of the ranch hand?

I didn’t measure after I put Ranch Hand on but it looks like a may have lost a little. I have a 2” ReadyLift w Toyo at3 275 65 20’s.
