I washed my truck last week and now every time I reverse I get a message that the sensors aren’t working and to check for debris or check the manual. Not sure if others have the same issue. 3000 miles on the truck.

I took my truck into the shop to have them look at it. They said the front drivers side sensor is damaged and it'll cost $1180 to repair it. I asked if they were sure they had the right truck, as I've never noticed any damage to the truck anywhere and the issue was only with the rear sensors not working. The front sensors still worked, as far as I know. Crazy!

No warranty because they said it’s outside the truck. I asked for pictures. Waiting to hear back.
Even if I don’t have them repair it they are going to charge me $190 just because they looked at the vehicle and the issue is outside of the warranty. $$$. No win for me.

Just received the image of the sensor. There is a minor scratch on the outer housing ring. Minor as that is, and there doesn't appear to be any damages to the sensor itself, it's a nearly $1200 fix not covered by warranty. Crazy!

I’d tell them to put my stuff back together and take to another dealership to have it looked at. That’s stupid dumb man.

My 2024 F150 XLT (1400 miles) just developed the same issue. This thread doesn't give me a "warm fuzzy" that Ford actually knows what's going on with this issue. Getting ready to schedule my truck for warranty service for this issue. I'll let you know what the service manager tells me.
