2024 5.0L Powetrain Malfunctiom

Purchased my 2024 XLT 5.0L on Saturday of last week and 5 days later on Wednesday I got an orange wrench stating to service vehicle soon. My app told me I was in a powered down mode and to contact the dealer. Vehicle not one week old with a problem at 349 miles. Called the dealer and they told me to drive over and drop the vehicle off for a loaner. Will update with findings.
