I’ve done this upgrade on my XLT, except I went with the Ford performance which is effectively a painted Lariat grill, but the front 360 camera Ford badge should fit just fine with a Lariat grill.

Thanks for the input, so even if the Lariat grill didn´t have 360 camera , it should fit just fine ?

Correct and based on a quick search of grills on eBay, all trims look like they have the cutout for the 360 camera module and wires by default like in the photo below.
