2021 5.0 downshift loses power

Has anyone experienced this and had it successfully repaired? 2021 5.0 with 90,000 miles. Cruising at highway speeds, give it some throttle to make a pass it looses all power for about 5 seconds and makes a ticking sound. Been to 2 dealerships and a well known transmission shop. Being told it’s not a transmission issue. No lights or codes
