2016 f150 3.5 ecoboost rear end squat help!

I recently purchased this 16 f150 3.5 the dealer told me tow rating is 10,600 i have a wdh . The issue is when i hook my 28ft enclosed car trailer with mu racecar all together right around 8000-8200 loaded the rear end drops 5” and the front end feels icy. I have used this exact setup on my 17 chevy 1500 and ram 1500 without much adjustment. I feel the suspension is way too soft on the f150.. with the wdh the trailer sits level but the truck squats… would air bags help this situation. I read the setup for my wdh . Measured all 4 corners front is 38” unloaded and back 40.5 unloaded loaded im getting 39” and 35.5”.. maybe move the car back to take tounge weight off? Air bags?

Also to add using 6 loops on the chains.. and the head is tilted on the wdh

Best solution is adding more leaf springs at the rear axle. I have used SuperSprings products on my trucks and they have been perfect. Phone them directly in California and ask what they recommend for your truck.

Adding a double leaf set of SuperSprings cost me $450 and an hour of my time to attach them to my truck. With a 4,000 lb load in the bed the truck was dead level. Ride quality was not affected at all when the bed was empty. Nothing to tune or adjust, just install and forget it.

The only advantage of air bags is being able to adjust the height of the rear hitch more precisely. Otherwise it makes a vehicle more vulnerable as when one air bag fails it makes towing anything a problem and I would not want to have this happen when I was far from home and towing a trailer.

That is my only worry with air bags… just seems these newer f150s have a very soft suspension. Not sure how they can tow the weight ford says without some kind of help
