Hahaha that was quite impressive to stay in character the whole time! We have the advantage of a LOT of Russian and Ukrainian neighbors in the Sac area to use as examples for developing fake accents, that's for sure...

I said it before (don't remember what thread) but it would be a killer and easy business with high margins to take a hybrid propower to a dry campground in the early hours, with a fridge full of creamers and milks, some coffee and espresso machines, and stacks of disposable cups. You can probably even get a full hour of sales during quiet hours before the engine has to kick on. Sure, people can take percolators camping but they can't froth milk for their lattes. Plus who wants to clean up when you can just pay someone $6 for a fresh made cup!

First I think horrible Russian accent then silly use scenario. Then...I wonder if the Jura will fit next to the convection microwave. Bye bye camp or instant coffee!! But Andre is Russian types and speaks it fluently.

I actually am Armenian/Russian, but I was born in the states so English is my primary language.

Haha an 80k portable coffee shop sounds legit to me! I have to fake the accent because I was born in the states and learned English as my first language and Russian at home. So it’s hard to pick up on me *not* being of Slavic decent lol

No wonder it was so impressive! Huge advantage to speak Russian around here, my wife always wishes she did since so many of her kids come in class not speaking English yet. She can only help out the Spanish speakers a tiny bit.

I was gonna say next up is a mini fridge! Then I realized it won't be cold unless you leave the truck running for a day duh...

I glad you took it with the intended jocularity I meant. :);)
I am a Canadian doing a two year overlanding project in Russia. Covid has turned that into four years now! Lol. But the people have been awesome and the scenery is incredible! I understand Russian but speaking is hard with masculine and feminine differences and don't get me started with plurals. Lol. Having good morning coffee is required. Nothing like this available on Lada Bronto's lol.
