You have any idea how long before they typically allow pickup? Like if it is delivered Friday what do you think the earliest I could pick up?

It depends on if someone at Chapman is ready to provide a quick turn around. I would check with the 11/1 thread for recent pickups. I had trouble getting a hold of Tom and Steven for a few days due to them being out of office and finally got a hold of someone else yesterday to set up pick up for this Friday. I am not sure if Saturday would be possible for you if delivered Friday unless prearranged. You're more likely looking at early next week. But this is my best guess.

Usually the ones with pending dates will get picked up before the ones without a pending date. Also, it can take 1-4 days from being available for UR to deliver. Looking at the recent history, I have not seen more than 6 delivered per day. There are 12 to deliver currently. It is possible yours could deliver Friday.

There is an anomaly about the United Road site. You need to go to the mobile site to link your email address and make an account. Put your VIN in the mobile site and the dealer link will then work. Unlike the desktop link which appears to be dead. You will then be able to track the driver, truck, and location.

Found out that my truck is now on micro chip hold at KC. Production date was 11/10. ETA window now between 12/14 and 12/20. It's an STX without too much tech so I was a bit surprised.

I got the same update from my salesman. Mine has been “In Production” since 10/21. Original ETA was 11/22-11/28. Now 12/9-12/15. Lariat SCrew with a few upgrades but nothing crazy. Built out of KC. Thought the chip shortage was under control for now, especially seeing a bunch of people in these forums getting their trucks. I guess not though

Production date of 11-13. Start Date 2021-12-14 End Date 2021-12-20. No shipment Date, no transit Date and no release Date. Palsapp just says "pending"

Can anyone help me interpret this results screen from tracking on United Road? It looks like there's a ton of missing info but I'm due to be delivered at latest on 12.13.

I also don't see any pipeline or history info like some of you have been able to pull up.

Mine was like that for weeks and then yesterday the first truck got colored and it is available. Today I have est delivery date of 12/4. I am assume your status means your truck is not unloaded from the train so it is not available yet.
