Looking at a cold air intake, and saw the S & B is less expensive than the Roush. Noticed that S&B touts it as having the slip in cover versus Roush's bolt on filter cover - which I actually prefer. Aside from that, I don't notice a lot of difference. I do prefer the bolt on, for looks as well...
