dent

I have a 2021 Tremor. I am trying to get the TRAILER TPMS software issues sorted out (not regular tpms), but when i took it to the dealer, they told me the truck couldn't be programmed because of 2 dents on the bumper. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? The dents haven't affected any...
