Not to wake up this thread, but I just had this issue as well in my 21 F150 PowerBoost. I was awoken this AM by a notification that my tailgate was opened. At that time, my vehicle was unlocked. I live in a very rural area and have no lights on outside where the truck is. I activated all zone...

I had a used 16 F150 Platinum, and I had nothing but issues with them when I picked up the truck. They get stuck going down, get stuck going up, make load noises, etc... I lubricated, and cleaned them as the manual and the forums suggested.

Sigh... so I guess I have no choice to goto the dealer for this @Jesse-Infotainment ? I purchased the three day pass for the PTS so I didn't have to, but I see no OTA information.

So I picked up my vehicle up 12/4/21, and I was all excited about the OTA updates, however it appears that I might be "stuck" at version 1.4 as I don't see any navigation aids on the dash when using carplay. I went into Ford PTS and I saw there was no OTA information for the last 60 days on...

So I am concerned as well, so I went under my August built F150 HEV, and I see no issues luckily. However there is so much stuff under their that it would be hard for something to fall completely anyway.
