His Powerboost did NOT have maxtow. In a later video, he said as much. Apparently Ford looked up his VIN. If you want to tow that much, get the freaking maxtow package.

my xlt shows 1529. It's interesting to note that the load rating is HIGHER on the spare. If they put those tire all the way around, the load would increase another 400lbs!

Wierd. I've had mine about a month. If I keep it under 70, I get over 25! I can easily get the prescribed 24. However, pulling my 30 foot rockwood trailer drops me down to just over 10. I do have a camper shell but I doubt that it makes much differenc.
