How is this not a recall at this point? I’ve seen recalls for just one car experiencing or possibly experiencing an issue. But not this?

Update: got my truck back for the second time after my power steering failed. Part came in about a week. They had to replace the entire rack and pinion apparently. hopefully this is the last problem I have

update: 2w after having my aux pump replaced and my power steering control module is shot. Went out while on a road trip with my wife and 14w old. Stopped for food about an hour from the house and had to have the car towed 60m back to my local dealer and now I’m waiting for parts again….

Update. Finally got my truck back after 7.5w. So far so good. I’m still letting my lemon law lawsuit run its course.

So apparently a ford lawyer called my dealer and a part arrived the next day :unsure: . Apparently a lemon law lawsuit is the way to go. still waiting to hear when I’ll get the truck back.

I am past 30d. I submitted for Ford’s buyback and it was rejected because the law says 30 business days in Indiana. when I responded and said I’d re-file after 30 business days had passed, they told me I couldn’t and their decision was final. I can’t see how that can be true.

I’m on the phone with Ford now. FYI you can put in a request for the buyback plan with no effect on your existing parts and warranty work. And it’s your choice whether or not to accept their offer should it be approved.

they’ve had mine for almost 30 business days with no end in site. I am in a rental (they also have no loaners), but I’m beginning to wonder about options for invoking the lemon law.

Not sure if others are experiencing this, but Ford is now saying they have no idea when they can get the part in. I’ve been without my truck for 3w while they troubleshoot/order parts already. In a rental right now while they try and figure out how long this is going to take.

‘21 Lariat Powerboost here. I took mine in to get the trailer brake recall sorted (22V193000) and now mine is doing the lurch forward at stoplights.

Anyone actually purchase the ML3Z17696DA mirrors? I am interested in adding them as I have power fold already but not the 360 camera. Hoping between adding these and the front camera I can enable 360 camera?
