I had the TSB done and it didn’t fix the issue. Truck still feels like it got hit from behind at stoplights. Another thread suggests that it’s a problem with the secondary transmission pump. Back to the dealer I guess - with another 1 month wait for an appointment! Ford should initiate a recall...

I have the same lurching issue and have filed a NHTSA complaint as well. My dealer is out a month before I can even get an appointment to look at it. They commonly have 10 people in the waitlist to speak on the phone, and don’t return calls.

Can I ask how they solved it? My dealer says there’s no lock cylinder - if you have the white piece inside the lock hole that’s it! Seems sketchy to me…
