Just to be clear….it has been more than just a rattle….here is a list of issues for this truck since purchase: Coolant leak 2 different times and took 3 seperate stays to get it repaired Headlight covers have had to be replaced 2 times on 2 seperate occassions because of hairline fractures...

I opened the moonroof and wiped down the inside areas (not very dirty)….then I closed moonroof and sprayed grease into seal from outside with small tube attached….there are several youtube videos on it

They asked me if I wanted to initiate a buy back but I know they will only give me what they deem the current value of the truck is which means I lose money on a truck that has had issues from day 1. If they gave me what I paid then I would do it in a heart beat. This truck was an inheritance...

You would think a $75k vehicle with 21k miles on it still under warranty a reputable company would want to make it right.

They’ve offered to start the buy back process but I didn’t do it because I know I’m gonna get the bad end of the deal.

So I stumbled upon that issue a while back when I opened it and as it shut I noticed the passenger side vamp was completely off. I thought that was the issue but it has rattled when those were on nice and tight.

I have no idea….I dropped it off and left it for 2 days with them and tgey called me and said they had no solution for the rattle since it wasnt happening and they weren’t going to “tear into the moonroof” without hearing it….I’m just dumbfounded….making matters worse no ine has loaner vehicles...

appreciate it…but am I wrong in thinking you shouldn’t have to jam a coin into the console lid of a $75k truck to get it to act right?
