    I am researching this more on my lunch today. Do you know what year truck this was from or when this was performed? I had the rear leaf springs replaced but I am wondering if they torqued them while on the ground. I will probably try this and see if it makes a difference.

    Someone on another forum mentioned that it might be the metal band that holds the leaf springs together towards the front of each spring. There is quite a space in there and I might try putting a rubber spacer in there to see if it helps. I get the noise mostly when turning on uneven surfaces...

    Hey all, first post I am having the same problem with my 2020 XLT Fx4 5.0 and signed up here to follow this. I have tried and looked at everything and my dealer even replaced my rear axle on the passenger side and the rear leaf springs. Sorry, but I am also glad to see others are hiving this...
