I purposely omitted a ton of options (bedliner, wheel well liners, etc.) in the hope that it would speed up my order that I only recently placed. Has anyone else found this to be effective in speeding up the process or are there others who have tried this strategy and still waited way longer...

I seem to remember seeing a post on here recently about dealers being able to specify a preference for whether the vehicle being ordered is built in KC or Dearborn. Is that right? Does it make sense to request Dearborn or are build times the same there as at KC?

Can you explain the rationale? I am considering ordering a 4x2 with non-limited slip but the electronic diff is just $400 extra. But if I only drive on-road in NC where it never snows, so I need the upgrade? Apologies I don’t know anything about it.
