  1. 2022 F150 Lariat Wiper Motor Dead from factory

I'd be interested in knowing the answer to this as well.
  2. Wiper Motor Quit - no replacement part available according to dealer

You say that...but I don't think it's legal to sell a truck that can't pass a safety inspection. Even if it is legal, it would require a pretty discount - especially since Ford wont even commit to a date that the recalled part will be available. Ford got around that by selling it and then...
  3. Wiper Motor Quit - no replacement part available according to dealer

Honestly it's my first f-150. I was excited to see what the hype was all about. I think I'll goto GM or Chevy next time.
  4. 2022 Wiper Motor

I've had the same problem. I'm in the same boat. Ford has been utterly useless. It's a complete joke that they are cranking out trucks everyday with working wiper motors but claim the part is "unavailable". I'm so tired of hearing it's a supply chain issue. It's not a supply chain issue...
  5. Wiper Motor Quit - no replacement part available according to dealer

Is RainX good enough? I've put it on cars before but never on a truck. You got me thinking though - maybe I should just get my truck back, RainX it and take my wife's car and/or Uber if the forecast is rain.
  6. Wiper Motor Quit - no replacement part available according to dealer

Unfortunately, that's not the same issue. Ford actually recalled the wiper motor on the F-150 only first. Later they added the super duty and some lincoln and other SUV's for the blade issue you describe. The former issue is that the wiper motor can fail. See here --...
  7. Wiper Motor Quit - no replacement part available according to dealer

No offense taken and I sort of agree with you. I have no interest in replacing the truck or getting my money back. What I want is a working truck. To be clear - the real issue is that I'm currently paying $1,200 per month to drive a Ford Focus with 25K miles that smells like someone smoked in...
  8. Wiper Motor Quit - no replacement part available according to dealer

Hi Everyone, I have a 2022 F-150 hybrid, platinum. I took delivery in December. The wipers were jumping around for a while and quit working completely in the middle of a rain storm on 495 - not ideal. I ended up pulling over until the rain passed and then took it to the dealership...
  9. F-150 Order Bank and Production Update - 7/31/21

My dealer is now telling me that Ford has made it "hot" and it should be delivered by 8/25 but tracking still says 10/31. Anyone have any thoughts? Is the dealer messing with me or is it possible they have info other than the tracking info?
  10. F-150 Order Bank and Production Update - 7/31/21

Yeah, I've tracked all of that. It has the dreaded Oct. 31st date but it says that it is "in-production" which I've been told means it's built, sitting in a lot somewhere waiting on a chip. The dealer has told me that Ford has made it "hot" and should have an update tomorrow but I'm not...
  11. F-150 Order Bank and Production Update - 7/31/21

What does that mean for a vehicle that is "in production"? My F-150 VIN: 1FTFW1ED6MFA56084 Order: 9898 Has been in-production since JANUARY. The dealer claims they spoke to Ford and Ford is going to make it "Hot" and they'll have an update for me tomorrow. Should I just ask for my money...
