Would anyone be able to help my understand why my 21 is stuck on 6.5.0? It shows the update was completed and every time it shows a pending update, it’s for the already completed 6.5.0 and it says there are no updates that require vehicle down time when I click update now.

Same here. Constantly getting the update scheduled notifications but when I click on it, it shows the update has already been completed and it’ll disappear. Then a few days or weeks later will come back.

You need to make sure it’s pin 12 on the C2280C bcm connector and not the C2280E connector. On the E connector, pin 12 isn’t used which is why it wouldn’t work and pin 13 is for the actual third brake light itself. Here are the pin outs of the connectors:
