I got the notification in the Fordpass app while I was at the dealer and I believe it's the same thing. That's what the tech said. I will wait and see if the paper work catches up and clears the notice in a few days.

My truck was built 5/1 in Dearborn and I am having the same issue. Fordpass guides escalated it and said it was a known issue that they were trying to resolve. I'm beginning to think it's a modem problem. Please let us know if that resolves the issue.

Ford tracking showed In Production until today, it now shows delivered. It had the ETA dates on there but never advanced until delivery. I didn't find Palsapp until this weekend and it was accurate.

I was checking daily but it was late when I logged on that night. The Ford tracker checkboxes didn't fill in until it was delivered, but the forum tracker showed " Awaiting Shipment" and still does.
