I'm having the same issue. The dealer has been working on my truck for over a week. They told me to come pick up the truck and that they have a case open with Ford. Any way you can see what's going on with mine?

Please let me know what they update. My Ram Limited sounded terrible until they flashed the amp. My Platinum sounds okay but not nearly loud enough. I know there's more power in there, just has to be Unleashed!! Lol

It's the same page that was up months ago. Still says 3rd quarter 2021. It's pretty sad how Ford is dropping the ball on this one!

Same with my truck! Btw the ankle weights didn't work for me. I think it's looking for those constant nudges left or right. The weights were not fooling the system no matter where I placed them on the wheel.

There was a service bulletin that came out for my 2019 Ram 1500 and addressed the 19 speaker HK system. It went from very disappointing to pretty freaking great. Only sustained base made it feel like it was losing power. It ended up being an amplifier update. I hope Ford can do something about...

That hasn't worked for me. I think I bought 2 lb weights and no luck. Still tells me to put my hands on the wheel.
