A quick update. Install went as planned. I did test the common cathode wire, LED- and it was not grounded. Without having the full schematic for the truck, I don’t think it’s a good idea to externally ground it. So I decided to abandon the LEDs all together.

I see that now... thanks for pointing that out. It's wire YE-GY. It may be the Yellow and Grey wire. I will confirm tomorrow in day light. I also plan to unplug the connector, and measure the voltage on that wire with the ignition on and off. BTW I really appreciate all your input. That Victron...

In your pictures it shows you have a purple wire connected to remote H (green connector, left pin). I'm not seeing that wire in the wiring diagrams above. Also I on my wiring harness I have a purple and white, see attached pic. I wonder if that the same signal.
