This may help. if your truck has "06" where the asterisk are you would change it to "04" as all the other conditions are the same. Even though "05" shows 2 gauges it is different than 04 and 06 as "TRGF" is Available and in 04 and 06 it is Not Available.

It is a pain as everything is really tight around the exhaust. I removed (2) exhaust hangers near the inverter and loosened the heat shield for more room. Still super tight, I don't think you need to clamp/pinch the coolant lines as they did not continue to leak once the inverter drained...
