I am pretty sure this is a software related issue given the error popped up during the FDRS software update process.

Thanks for the suggestion. This fuse checked out (closed circuit) with a multimeter.

No codes on the dash. Just this pop up window upon each startup.

I have three yellow modules in FDRS here are the DTCs: I've run both SSM 53236 (disconnect battery) and SSM 51352 (TRM configuration).

Ok I ran the power door window initialization per TSB 22-2307. I also ran the self-test "Clear and Retest" for the BCMC and TRM. Does the self test reset the module?

I'll try the door module procedures and see what happens.

I have not tried this. How do you reset the BCM? Run the BCMC Configuration task?

The ACM is showing as available, but I've already run it several times.

The DTC is continuous. It comes back after a "Clear and Retest".

Right on time! 3 weeks later and it appears that the USB update as taken my SYNC from version 20262 to 21166 Rev145. Does this mean that I am ready to restart my FDRS subscription and continue with the APIM, GWM, TCU, etc.. ?

When you say this: " Ok to tell fdrs yes that the update went through and knock out the other module updates. " Do you mean that I should tell FDRS that the APIM went through so I can update the TCU and GWM? Will FDRS let me do that?

Oh bummer! So these trucks update until 22087 then get stuck? Yea I am stuck on 4.0.20262. I'll keep my eye's on the form to see if when there's a solution.
