I had no grease at all, on the pins, the back of the pads or on the retainers. Its only been a day so far but no more issues.

UPDATE: It was brake related. The front left caliper was completely loose and the dealer also didn't grease any of the components that need it. The brakes were done at the dealer right before I bought the truck. Yet another reason I'll never use a dealer for anything.

Nope, it didn't start after. Its probably been 6-7 months since the brakes were done. That doesn't rule them out, it could be the retainer clips or something. Either way, I'll try the roll method to at least isolate it to a specific side and go from there lol
