This is my thought as well. I towed an 8,000 lb trailer many miles without any alignment issues. Yet most say it will change if the rear is lowered 2-3 inches. I guess the real answer is having the alignment checked after lowering.
It is a 2024 F-150 Super Crew XLT. Since Belltech sells a 2 shim kit to go along with the shackle kit, I assume they are suggesting 1 shim on each side. But I suspect a measurement should be taken before and after.
I purchased a new 2024 F-150 3.5 Ecoboost in August. It had 600 service miles on it. Now at approximate 2700 miles the change oil soon warning light appears. Why would this happen?
